Lent
The season of Lent has started! We are called to a season of 40 days of fasting in preparation for Easter. Throughout Lent, we are also specifically called to repentance. Confession on Campus is available every Sunday at 5:30pm at Evans Chapel with Fr. Paul. Lent is also a wonderful time to deepen your understanding and relationship with Christ through participation in a Bible study. If you are interested in joining a Bible Study, fill out this form
Lenten Fasting Rules:
Fasting: 1 regular sized meal and 2 small meals (the small meals added together are less than the regular size meal)
Abstinence: No meat except for fish
All Fridays during Lent: Abstain from meat
Good Friday: Fasting and abstaining from meat
Spring Retreat
Join us for our spring retreat this April 17-19 in Estes Park at Annunciation Heights (a Catholic campgrounds at the foot of the mountains)!
One of the most transformational things Jesus revealed to us about the Trinity is God the Father. Why? Because it means we are sons and daughters! Our God isn't a far off figure, He is our Father whose heart yearns for His daughters and for His sons. God has always revealed Himself as a loving Father, but so often we fail to see that truth because our view of fatherhood is broken.
Join us on The Father’s House retreat: a chance to reflect on the truth of God’s Fatherhood and our own daughterhood and sonship. Confront the human brokenness that prevents us from accepting that truth and receive the Father’s blessing in our lives.
This retreat we will be joined by students from CSU, Boulder, UNC, and even KState!
The price for this retreat $90. The normal price is $180 but DU students have a 50% discount. Payment will be over Venmo to Fr. Paul, we will follow up with instructions later.
If you are unable to pay the price and need further scholarship, please send a message to a FOCUS missionary or dm @ducatholics on Instagram

Our Mission
Catholic Student Fellowship is the community of Catholics on campus at the University of Denver. Run jointly by student officers and the Servants of Christ Jesus religious order, Catholic Student Fellowship provides opportunities for students at DU to receive the sacraments, participate in formation, and rejoice in the solidarity of the Body of Christ on campus.
“For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, and we were all given to drink of one Spirit.”
